Salary Range : $5,980.00 - $8,755.00 per month commensurate with experience and qualifications

Job Summary :

An Individual in this position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing management of individualized behavior support services for individuals with complex behavioral and mental health needs. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulations, promotes best practices in positive behavior support, and leads a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality, person-centered outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership and direction for the Enhanced Behavior Modification
• Program across all operational areas.
• Oversee the assessment, planning, and implementation of enhanced behavior

support services, ensuring all plans are evidence-based, person-centered, and

trauma-informed.

Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other program staff.
