DSVC Business Solutions, a division of New Village Holdings Corporation, is seeking an experienced ERP Sales Manager.

DSVC Business Solutions is a Microsoft Partner with over 20 years of experience in developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Position Summary
This role involves developing new client relationships and maintaining existing accounts. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create sales and marketing plans to drive revenue
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Prospect through cold calling, internet marketing, networking, and proposal writing
- Build and cultivate strategic business relationships
- Demonstrate familiarity with sales methodologies such as creating interest, identifying needs, proposing solutions, justifying ROI, qualifying, and closing
- Prepare sales quotes and orders
- Maintain technical skills and industry knowledge
- Travel as needed for meetings and conferences
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Computer Science with at least five years of related experienceProven success in new business development, especially selling ERP solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to SMB clientsTrack record of achieving sales goalsStrong relationship-building and consultative sales skillsExperience with business development planningSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective follow-up and closing skillsKnowledge of IT and software industry trendsFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plusBenefits
