We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Insurance Sales Advisor who is passionate about sales, service, and helping others. This is a career development program designed for individuals who want to learn the insurance industry, build a book for business, and grow into a full agency ownership opportunity. You will work side-by-side with a Farmers Agency Owner and receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and the support you need to eventually run your own agency - if you choose that path. This is a remote / hybrid position in Iowa only. Candidates must live in Iowa at the time of hire and maintain Iowa residency during employment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound activity
• Educate customers on coverage options for auto, home, life, business, and more
• Provide excellent customer service, helping clients navigate the claims process and policy changes
• Meet sales targets and growth goals in line with your training and development plan
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development with Farmers University and other resources
