We currently have a career opportunity for an AI Automation Director within our rapidly growing Automation Business Unit. There may be up to 25% travel annually. We are seeking a highly technical and strategic leader who combines deep application development expertise with cutting-edge AI and automation knowledge. This role is perfect for a technical subject matter expert ready to drive the next evolution of intelligent automation solutions for enterprise clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to a Managing Director within the Automation Business Unit, the AI Automation Director will be responsible for :

AI & Automation Technical Leadership :

• Lead AI Strategy Implementation : Drive the integration of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic frameworks into digital process automation solutions
• Architect Intelligent Automation Solutions : Design and implement AI-powered workflow automation using platforms like Appian, ServiceNow, Pega, and Camunda
• LLM Integration & Orchestration : Develop strategies for LLM implementation, training, fine-tuning, and orchestration within enterprise automation workflows
• Technical Advisory : Provide hands-on technical guidance on AI automation architectures, API integrations, and high-code development solutions using Java, .NET, and modern development frameworks
• Innovation Leadership : Stay at the forefront of AI automation technologies, identifying emerging opportunities in machine learning, natural language processing, and intelligent document processing

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $103,584 to $209,800. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential variable compensation.
