Great opportunity to enjoy the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Large Community Health Center on the banks of the Keweenaw Bay is looking for a Family Practice Physician to join a well established group.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice
• 40 hours a week with 4 hours of admin time, no weekends, no call, no holidays
• Join a team of 2 other MD's, a well experienced NP, and you will get your own full time RN assigned
• Great team collaboration
• No inpatient duties

• $10K sign on, $10K relocation, $3500 CME and 5 days leave, 4 weeks annual leave bank per year, ongoing accrual of sick leave, loan repayment eligible with MI State DHHS, IHS, and NHSC, and follow the Tribal calendar with over 20 days paid holidays.
