In this position...

• Ford Performance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engine Engineer with a strong background in engine systems engineering, from concept to launch
• This pivotal role within our organization requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in delivering difficult engine programs from concept to production. They should have a strong knowledge of our research process, understand how technology can be fast tracked into production, and understand the fundamentals to deliver a high-quality design that will deliver a high-quality product in production.
• We want someone with a passion for high-performance vehicles, and a wide network of connections within powertrain engineering
