License : Current and valid state license required

Certifications : Must have appropriate certifications

Must-Have : Resume, license verification, and completion of prescreen checklist

Description :

Ensure that the prescreen checklist is completed and attached upon submission.

Resume and license verification must also be attached.

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

Candidates must have completed a COVID test within 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
