We are currently accepting applications for Maintenance Technician on days in our New, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Milton, WI , conveniently located north of Janesville. This is a full-time position. New hires will make no less than $33.00 per hour. This would be a vacation relief position, working typical hours of 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, Monday-Friday. When covering for vacation, the hours would be 4 : 55 am to 5 : 25 pm, and could include weekends.

JOB SUMMARY : Performs a wide variety of advanced maintenance work to design and maintain equipment, building and grounds in accordance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Work requires a general knowledge of various trades and systems, including, but not limited to; mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Applies advanced electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs manufacturing equipment and performs routine preventative maintenance functions as scheduled or directed.Hydraulic : Troubleshoot and repair fluid power systems and associated componentsPneumatic : Design, install, troubleshoot and repair distribution and point of use systemsElectrical : Troubleshoot and repair motors, contactors, relays, circuit faults, lighting, solenoids, coils, switches and sensorsElectronic : Troubleshoot automated machinery and equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.Mechanical : Design, install, troubleshoot and repair gears, cams, rollers, belts, chains, bearings, seals, levers, and power transmission equipmentDrafting : Create, modify and reverse engineer existing AutoCAD drawings / schematics or partsProcess Controls : Design, install, program, troubleshoot and repair process control systems including but not limited to PLC’s, HMI’s, and Electro MechanicalRepairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.HVAC : Troubleshoot and repair actuators, fans, blowers, louvers, dampers, and filtersPlumbing : Design, install, troubleshoot, and repair all fluid piping systemsCarpentry : Build, install and repair wood or steel framing, walls, floors, ceilings, crates, and partitionsLeads Capital project execution (identification, development, and implementation).Performs necessary duties to maintain accurate mechanical spares inventory system.Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill press, welder, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.Metalwork : Design and fabricate metalwork to repair or improve existing applicationsCompletes and maintains all company-required performance and maintenance paperwork, records, and documents.Answer work-related calls outside of work on a Company-provided cell phone within a reasonable amount of time. At times, be ‘on-call’ to handle over-the-phone or in-person service calls within a limited timeframe.Operates aerial work platforms and material handling equipment in a safe manner, and drive personal vehicle for work as needed.Travel to CQC facilities, training, and / or parts store.Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor, while following all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures.Maintain regular attendance at work.QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
Two-year maintenance-related degree with 3 years related experience, or High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience / trainingAdvanced knowledge of how to operate a PCDemonstrated advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skillsAbility to perform math at an advanced levelMust have a valid driver’s license.SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
