Key Responsibilities

Train AI models by writing and answering Graphic Design-related questions

Evaluate AI outputs by reviewing and ranking visual reasoning responses

Assess factual accuracy and design quality to improve model performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a Design field (e.g. Graphic Design, UI / UX Design)

Deep understanding of graphic design concepts and principles

Ability to develop complex design prompts and evaluate AI reasoning

Clear and concise writing skills to explain design decisions

Commitment to accuracy in assessing design outputs
