Job Description & Requirements
the RN provides clinical leadership to the neighborhoods ensuring the mission, vision, and values of the organization are supported through the clinical services of the neighborhoods. The RN participates in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the clinical operations of the household to ensure regulatory compliance, nurture a person-centered and resident directed culture, and promote individual and team learning in the household. The RN provides each resident with professional licensed nursing assessments and evaluations and coordinates their care with other nursing staff in the household.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities :
Provides leadership to clinical staff from all households on specific areas of clinical accountability, specific accountability may include infection control, safety, wound management, RAI process or other areas determined by the director of nursing.
