CNC Saw Operator

Shift : Monday – Friday, off every other Friday

Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay : $18+ DOE (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced CNC Saw Operator with the ability to program and operate CNC saw equipment. This role also includes working on CNC machining centers and performing a variety of manual machining tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Program and operate CNC saw machines

Operate additional CNC equipment as needed

Load and unload parts into fixtures or vises

Perform visual inspection of parts for accuracy and quality

Maintain machines (e.g., add oil, coolant, grease)

Operate and maintain the following equipment :

Horizontal band saw

Granite saw

Manual Bridgeport mill

Manual horizontal mill

CNC machining centers

Drill press

Belt sander

Skills & Abilities :

Ability to follow and understand written and verbal work instructions

Ability to speak and understand English

Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers

Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail and safety
