beem® Light Sauna is redefining wellness through infrared sauna, red light, and color therapy, helping people live brighter, healthier, more radiant lives. We’re building a culture of light, positivity, and community — one session at a time.

We’re looking for a Studio Sales Manager who’s passionate about wellness, motivated by growth, and excited to lead a dynamic team as we open our new West Bloomfield studio this winter.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sale Phase (build initial membership base) :

  • Promote the brand in the community via B2b networking and community engagement
  • Host pop-up events and generate leads
  • Build and manage a local lead funnel
  • Convert leads into founding members
  • Take over sales management from an outside vendor before launch

    • Post-opening (Estimated Late January) :

  • Lead membership sales and retention efforts
  • Manage studio operations and ensure exceptional client experience
  • Hire, train, and schedule Wellness Associates
  • Monitor KPIs and track team performance
  • Foster a sales-driven culture with clear accountability

    • Desired Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or management role
  • Strong sales and lead conversion skills
  • Experience in wellness, fitness, or studio environment preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Mindbody, HubSpot)
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with great organization

    • Physical Requirements

  • Stand for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs
  • Tolerate short periods in high heat (135°F+)
  • Enter / exit saunas, reach overhead, bend, squat as needed
