PrideStaff is seeking an experienced and reliable Bilingual Office Assistant who will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing phones, emails, scheduling appointments and meetings.

You must be able to excel with time management skills to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Perform all other office tasks

Requirements :

Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
