Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Office Locations : Boca Raton, FL, Irving, TX, and Blue Bell, PA

Workstyle : A hybrid schedule where employees work on-site four days per week and remotely one day.

Are you passionate about building systems that scale, perform, and never go down? ADT is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help us ensure the reliability and performance of our mission-critical platforms that protect millions of homes and businesses.

What You'll Do :

• Keep our large-scale, cloud-based systems (GCP and / or AWS) reliable, available, and scalable.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, proactively improving performance and uptime.
• Streamline software releases with robust CI / CD pipelines and automation.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency using SRE best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of resilience and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits :

The salary range for this role is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
