Job Title : Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities :

Read customer orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

Work with a computer and use basic software tools for processing orders and tracking inventory.

Perform QC process on completed pick tickets.

Prepare UPS and FedEx packages for daily outbound shipments.

Pack and control any outgoing product leaving the building.

Inspect all shipments, wrap boxes, and label with drive / salesperson route or name.

Finalize outgoing bins or pallets and wrap for staging.

Receive products back from the sales team, sort by category (new product, warranty, repairs), and restage bins.

Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas.

Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins.

Assemble customer orders from stock and convey them to packing / shipping.

Mark materials with identifying information.

Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.

Prepare parcels for mailing / shipping.

Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with all policies and procedures.

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience / training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs regularly, 70 lbs occasionally, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.

Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (heat, humidity, cold).

Ability to bend, stoop, squat, push, and pull frequently.

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Day shift

7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm

Part-time (4-hour shifts available)
