Schedule : 3x12 Nights (Weekend coverage required)

Role Overview

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist , you’ll play a vital role in assessing, treating, and managing patients with acute and chronic respiratory conditions. Your daily work will include administering oxygen therapy, managing ventilators, performing diagnostic testing, and responding to emergency calls—all while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans, helping patients breathe easier and recover stronger.

Requirements

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
  • Massachusetts Respiratory License
  • BLS certification
  • 2+ years of recent experience preferred
  • Strong independent judgment, time management, and critical thinking skills
