Registered Nurse (RN) - Twin Cities Metro | $33-$35 / hr | Monday-Friday | No Weekends

Schedule :

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

No weekends, no doubles, no on-call

Full-time or part-time available

Compensation :

$33.00 - $35.00 / hour, depending on experience

Twin Cities Metro area

We are hiring two RNs to oversee our Metro 1 and Metro 2 home groups :

Metro 1 : Homes in Spring Lake Park, Coon Rapids, Cedar, East Bethel, Wyoming, Forest Lake, Zimmerman, and Dayton

Metro 2 : Homes in Afton, Woodbury, Coon Rapids, New Hope, Maple Grove, and three in Brooklyn Park

Your Role :

Perform nursing duties for home care clients in adult foster care

Monitor resident health and provide clinical oversight

Administer medications, complete documentation, and support physician orders

Review care plans and provide clinical input

Coordinate medical appointments and follow-ups

Support hospital discharges, new admissions, and transitions

Train and supervise staff on proper care and documentation

Provide in-service education and help with onboarding of new staff

Attend required training and meetings

Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal standards

Qualifications :

Licensed RN in Minnesota

Graduate of accredited nursing program

Previous RN or assisted living experience preferred (not required)

Strong decision-making and communication skills

Reliable, flexible, and compassionate

Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and be on your feet as needed

Must pass MN DHS background study
