Penn E&R is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer (Mid or Senior level). While you will be based our of our Pittsburgh, PA office, we offer hybrid / work-from-home opportunities. You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of tasks across all of Penn E&Rs market sectors and be expected to perform both office-based and field-based assignments.

Qualifications include :

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain within 1 year
• 4 to 7+ years of civil engineering experience
• Work experience in the following is a plus :
• Hydrology and hydraulics
• Erosion and sediment controls
• Stormwater management controls
• Land Development
• AutoCAD Civil 3D
