Description of the role :

University Home Care is seeking several Physical Therapists to cover the Lincoln Park, MI and surrounding cities . As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting optimal health outcomes, and assisting patients in improving their physical well-being.

Responsibilities :

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical function
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
