Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage on-site construction activities from start to finish, including subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and local codes.
- Maintain daily logs, safety records, and project documentation.
- Schedule inspections and manage relationships with city officials and permitting agencies in the Miami-Dade area.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor job site safety, enforce compliance with OSHA standards, and conduct regular safety meetings.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and keep stakeholders informed.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential delays or quality issues.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction , preferably in the Miami / South Florida region.Proven experience managing ground-up and / or major renovation projects ranging from $1M to $20M+ .Solid knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and inspection requirements specific to Miami-Dade County .Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and schedules (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software experience preferred).Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a plus.OSHA 30 Certification required; First Aid / CPR preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What's on Offer
