The Director of Nursing at Adams Heritage oversees licensed and non-licensed staff, developing and implementing policies aligned with regulatory standards to ensure high-quality geriatric care. They focus on staff development through tailored educational programs, manage departmental budgets, and serve as a liaison with residents, families, and the community, ensuring compliance with care regulations and promoting restorative nursing initiatives. Additionally, they collaborate with external therapy providers to enhance resident outcomes and oversee resident assessments and care plans to maximize individual abilities, fostering a holistic approach to nursing services.

Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!

Requirements :

40 hours per week - First Shift

Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

On - Call Requirement

Valid RN in the State of Indiana

BLS / CPR Certification Required

Long-Term Care Facility Experience Preferred
