TRAVELER MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR 2 OF 3 MAJOR HOLIDAYS, TO INCLUDE DAY BEFORE AND AFTER

Weekend REQ : Y - 3 weekends per 4-week schedule

• State license required by start date
• BCLS by AHA

NO BLOCK SCHEDULING

Is on-call REQ? N

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Y float to all adult acute care units

Open to accommodating block schedule? TBD

Locals accepted : Y – no local radius rule

Pending License accepted : N – must be in hand

RTO Restrictions : RTO needs to be submitted at the time of profile, RTO BLOCKED 8 / 29-9 / 1, 10 / 31-11 / 1

Guaranteed Hours :

36 hours for 3,12-hour shifts

48 hours for 4,12-hour shifts

40 hours for shifts under 12 hours (8 or 10-hour shift).
