CNC Machinist (Swing Shift) – $4 / hr Differential + Full Benefits

Are you a skilled machinist who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and craftsmanship? We’re looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team on swing shift (3 : 30 p.m. – 2 : 30 a.m.) , where you’ll receive a $4 / hr differential pay on top of your competitive base rate.

  • Pay : $20–$40 / hr + $4 / hr swing shift differential , based on experience
  • Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday. Enjoy long weekends, with optional OT on Fridays and Saturdays.

  • ???? What You’ll Do
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision machining tasks.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T standards.
  • Adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds to optimize performance.
  • Perform in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in process efficiency and quality.
  • Take pride in producing work that meets exact specifications — no mass production, every part matters.

    • ✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of CNC and manual machining experience
  • Strong skills in blueprint reading & GD&T interpretation
  • Proficiency in MasterCam or similar CAD / CAM software
  • Hands-on knowledge of inspection tools & procedures
  • Ability to thrive on swing shift (3 : 30 p.m.–2 : 30 a.m.)
  • Commitment to accuracy, safety, and teamwork
