A company is looking for a Vice President of Field Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Account Executives to achieve new customer acquisition goals
Own and manage the enterprise new logo pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and disciplined deal management
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target enterprise accounts and expand brand presence in key verticals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 3+ years leading enterprise SaaS Account Executives
Experience selling cloud-based FP&A, financial applications, ERP, or other complex SaaS solutions
Proven record of consistently exceeding net-new revenue and quota targets
Strong business acumen and ability to engage with C-level financial leaders
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills
