As we continue to grow, we are in need of additional general construction and concrete / paver professionals to join our team. Responsibilities include :

Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete on various construction projects, ensuring consistency and quality.

Preparing job sites by cleaning and leveling areas for concrete placement.

Setting up, aligning, and securing forms to hold concrete during the pour, ensuring accuracy in dimensions.

Assisting with the installation of rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcements to strengthen concrete structures.

Operating and maintaining concrete mixers, vibrators, power trowels, and other equipment as needed.

Smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools to achieve the desired texture and appearance.

Monitoring the concrete curing process to ensure proper hardening and prevent cracks or other issues.

Inspecting materials and equipment to ensure safety and functionality on the job site.

Collaborating with foremen and crew members to adhere to schedules and complete tasks efficiently.

Aid in remodeling projects.

Operate heavy equipment as needed.

Assist in various building tasks.

Utilize hand tools for construction purposes.

Support electrical work as required.

Qualifications :

Reliable, hard-working, willingness to learn.

Must be able to work in a team setting.

Experience in concrete finishing, masonry, and general construction.

Experience in remodeling projects.

Ability to operate heavy equipment a plus.

Familiarity with various building tasks.

Basic understanding of electrical work.

Requirements for this position are that you have :

(1) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; and

(2) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Concrete / paver / masonry experience is preferred.
