Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws to meet ADA, Title VI, and local law requirements. Choice between Traditional Co-Pay or High Deductible Health Plans for medical coverage. HSA with company match available to employees enrolled in the HDHP. If you have experience in fare collection, revenue systems, or payment technologyespecially with equipment like ATM Machines, Parking Meters, onboard validators, payment kiosks and / or other money collection technologies, this is your chance to lead a high-impact team and improve how thousands of riders pay for transit each day.
Candidates who have experience with the following titles are encouraged to apply : Fare Collection Manager, Payment Systems Operations Manager, or Transit Revenue Supervisor. Join us and help drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across UTAs network.
As the Manager of Payment Systems and Fare Collection , you will :
- Oversee many important functions required to administer and operate the fare system.
- Keep the fare system running at optimal levels to ensure customers have positive experience paying their fare when riding UTA.
- Manage department operations and lead staff.
- Manage the electronic fare collection system.
- Manage the purchase and distribution of fare media.
- Ensure compliance with policy and applicable laws.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide fare support to customers.
