Ukandu has been bringing  hope, joy, and connection  to families impacted by childhood cancer since 1986. We’re Oregon’s largest provider of medically supervised pediatric cancer camps, serving 1,600+ families. Now, we’re launching a  first-of-its-kind mental health clinic  to fill critical gaps in care.

The Role

We’re seeking a  doctoral-level Clinical Director (PhD / PsyD)  to build and lead this innovative clinic. You’ll combine leadership with direct service (~50%) to help children, families, and caregivers navigate cancer, treatment, recovery, and bereavement. This is a unique chance to shape a program from the ground up in a  mission-driven nonprofit setting .

What You’ll Do

• Lead clinic strategy, operations, and programming
• Provide therapy (individual, family, couples, and groups)
• Supervise staff, students, and interns
• Partner with hospitals & community providers
• Represent Ukandu locally and nationally
