SpotNco is looking for a Q Grader to help us perfect our coffee recipes and flavor profiles across our next generation of smart coffee machines. This is a short-term, project-based role ideal for someone passionate about coffee quality and flavor precision.
About the Role
You will collaborate directly with our team to :
- Develop, refine, and finalize coffee recipes for various machine types.
- Adjust roast levels, grind sizes, and extraction parameters to ensure taste consistency.
- Conduct cupping sessions and provide detailed sensory evaluations.
- Advise on bean sourcing, blending, and overall quality improvement.
- Assist with machine calibration and settings optimization.
