KB Sourcing is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client an industry leader in large-scale construction and advanced industrial projects. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career electrical engineer ready to contribute to high-impact builds across data centers, semiconductor facilities, and manufacturing plants.

Core Responsibilities

  • As an Electrical Engineer, you'll support both preconstruction and field execution phases, including :
  • Assisting with electrical and mechanical estimating, scope development, and bid analysis
  • Participating in system design reviews and constructability assessments
  • Supporting subcontractor coordination and sequencing of M / E systems
  • Contributing to commissioning plans, testing procedures, and inspections
  • Reviewing shop drawings and submittals for compliance and quality
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Growth Path

This role is designed for engineers with 2 to 5 years of experience who are ready to :

  • Lead coordination efforts across mechanical and electrical disciplines
  • Own portions of the commissioning process and client-facing deliverables
  • Develop schedules and reports that drive project success
  • Represent the engineering team in pursuit presentations and strategic planning

    The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or architectural engineering and brings 2 to 5 years of experience in construction or engineering. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to interpret design documents are essential. Familiarity with estimating tools and construction management methods is a plus. Occasional travel may be required. U.S. work authorization is needed; visa sponsorship is not available.

    Compensation & Perks

  • Base Salary : $85,000$107,000 (DOE)
