Overview

Position : Microwave & RF Test Technician (Level 5)

Location : Chelmsford, MA

Team : Product and Test Engineering – Analog Devices Federal LLC

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microwave & RF Test Technician to support the development and optimization of test processes for advanced RF and millimeter-wave products. This hands-on role is ideal for someone passionate about precision testing, troubleshooting, and working with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate RF / microwave test stations and equipment
• Test, troubleshoot, and tune microwave and RF modules during prototype and low-rate production phases
• Maintain accurate and organized test data records
• Assemble breadboards, test fixtures, and wiring harnesses
• Support manufacturing readiness by training the NPI (New Product Introduction) team

Wage range : $27 to $34 per hour. Actual wage offered may vary based on location, experience, etc. Eligible for bonus and benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401k, paid time off, holidays, and sick time.
