Local Contract Nurse RN - Behavioral Health - $54-56 per hour

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a local contract nurse RN Behavioral Health for a local contract nursing job in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Behavioral Health Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Local Contract Number of Beds - 74 Number of Staff - ~150 Type of staff : Day Shift - ( 1 charge,2 RN, 2 MHT, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - ( 1 charge,2 RN, 2 MHT, and 1-3 sitters) Patient Ratios - RN 1 : 8 shared nursing model Type of equipment - Glucometer, office equipment, O2, tube feeding EMR - Meditech Typical Procedures : Deliver direct physical and psychosocial care to patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Provide holistic, individualized care appropriate to the age of the patient. Act as an advocate for patient safety and oversee compliance with core measures for applicable patients. Participate in development and implementation of plan of care. Communicate the elements of the nursing process to improve patient outcomes, provide quality intervention and promote collaboration within the health team.
