Overview
The Senior Contracts Administrator supports the Legal and Risk Team in drafting, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial contracts, with a strong focus on construction and manufacturing projects. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure contracts align with company policies and effectively manage risk.
Job Summary
Seeking a contracts professional with strong knowledge of commercial and construction agreements, including key terms like indemnity, liability, warranties, and payment provisions. This role supports contract negotiation, risk assessment, and proposal development in collaboration with legal, sales, and operations teams.
