In this role, you will work under the supervision of an occupational therapist to provide therapy services tailored to the unique needs of patients in acute settings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans designed to improve functional independence, mobility, and cognitive skills in patients.
• Create engaging therapy activities that promote skill development while maintaining a supportive environment for patients recovering from acute conditions.
• Collaborate with families to educate them on strategies that support continued progress outside therapy sessions.
• Adjust therapy activities based on each patient’s progress toward recovery goals or milestones.
• Maintain detailed records of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes for each patient under your care.
