Design Administrator

Summary

We are looking for a driven individual to be a Design Administrator on our growing team!

The Design Administrator is primarily responsible for maintaining sales packages, processing quotes, and data entry within our database. This role will also create and maintain the content of the packages and provide content to internal teams and clients. The Design Administrator will also create Express packages for jobs and learn how to do full designs. The right person will also have upward growth opportunities within the team!

Duties

Create and maintain product packages

Create a set of design plans

Data entry into our internal system

Create Quotes and Service orders

Coordinate with the purchasing team to maintain product and sales packages

Other tasks as assigned

Skills and traits needed for success

1 year admin experience

Detail oriented

Ability to read and design set of plans a plus!

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take initiative

Proven ability to navigate and overcome difficult obstacles
