_________________________________________________________________________________________ Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for Entry Level Managers to fill a Full Time  Retail Supervisor position   at our Oxford  Store located at 190 S.

Washington, Oxford, Michigan. $17  an hour  plus 20% discount on in-store purchases.

Assist in the supervision of store staff.

Open and Close the store in the absence of the Store or Assistant Manager _______________________________________________________ Essential duties and responsibilities :

  • Supervise and train store staff.
  • Open and close the store according to policy and as directed.  Assist with procedures related to the cash registers, returns and cash handling.  Deliver good customer service.  Maintain a safe and secure work environment.  Appropriately handle customer concern / complaints.  Stock and return merchandise per company directive.  Maintain the overall appearance of the store, directing staff as needed. _______________________________________________________ Benefits ?  I'm glad you asked! 9 paid holidays, plus 2 weeks of paid vacation, plus   1 week of Personal Paid Time Off, plus Full-time Associates are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.

  • Do you have a reliable means of transportation and a Valid Driver's License One year of general retail or customer service experience Ability to use cash register and and follow Goodwill policy and procedures Can you demonstrate strong management skills?
  • Can you lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help?
  • Can you reach, bend or stoop?
  • Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day?
  • Can you problem solve quickly and efficiently?
