Job Summary : Responsible for assembly, testing and decommissioning and / or destruction of video capture kits, tools and laboratory supplies and study specific components in a manner that meets company and regulatory standards for accuracy, safety, security, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Following detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures, assemble laptop and all associated components for a Video Capture Kit. Load software and test for correct operation and image transmission in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Gather and assemble study specific materials and install software. Test for correct operation and image transmission in accordance with SOPs, Work Instructions, and study protocol.
• Perform routine quality testing and troubleshooting in accordance with standard work instructions.
• Report issues with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to supervisor for further troubleshooting.
• Complete all administrative functions relating to business or regulatory requirements.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking adequacy of supplies for current workload, anticipating needed supplies, and report needs to supervisor for follow up.
• Complete regular kit decommissioning activities which may include the reuse, recycling, or destruction of the product and / or components, and completing required status reports, in accordance with project SOPs, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate assembly functions.
• Create a safe and healthy working environment for oneself and others by working safely; following instructions given for health and safety purposes; attending and completing all training; and immediately reporting any unsafe working practices or hazardous work conditions in accordance with all applicable internal policies and legislation.
