Position Summary
The EMS Trainer provides instruction and hands-on training for McHenry County College’s Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program, supporting student preparation for certification and professional growth. This role promotes educational excellence through effective teaching, collaboration, and engagement across various class settings and schedules.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Provides instruction in the EMS program offered through McHenry County College under the oversight of the McHenry Western Lake County EMS System, for the purpose of eligibility for initial licensure, continuing education, and professional growth in accordance with IDPH Rules and Regulations and the National EMS Education Standards
