Biomedical Field Service Engineer
Location : NY / NJ
The company is a market leading manufacturer of flow cytometry instruments and imaging systems. Their products are used by scientists across the world in pharmaceutical, CRO, cancer research institutions, and academic research institutions.
Base pay range
$80,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairing cell analyzers, cell sorters and imaging systems at customer sites in the New York / New Jersey area.
- Supporting on a range of cell analyzer, cell sorter and imaging instruments and associated software.
- Providing technical support to customers in the pharmaceutical, academic, CRO and clinical markets.
- Home based with regular travel to customers sites in New York and New Jersey (usually 3-4 days a week at customer site).
- Working closely with the service and support team in North America.
