This role supports students with IEPs in a special education or student-centered setting for the 20252026 school year. Position Details

Location : Tucson, AZ

Schedule : MondayFriday | Full-Time | 2-week substitute assignment with potential to extend

Setting : Onsite

Classroom / Caseload Type : Elementary | Cross-Categorical

Student Caseload : 14 students with 8 aides as support

Pay Range : $35.00 $48.00 per hour

Typical Job Duties

Provide individualized instruction and support to students with IEPs

Develop and implement educational plans tailored to students goals

Collaborate with aides, support staff, and families to support student learning

Monitor student progress and maintain compliance with state and federal requirements

Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

Cross-Categorical Certification Required

Active IVP fingerprint card

Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
