Insomniac Games, Inc. seeks a Senior Animator in Burbank, CA to focus on quality, speed and communication for complete character development. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience creating and editing dramatic sequences using cinematography skills and animation skills. Prior experience must include at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience creating high-quality, appealing animations that directly contribute to the realization of successful characters and sequences; creating art assets for title productions using computer software; creating performance and motion for characters and objects based on storyboard panels and vision of the director; and, in executing duties, utilizing 3D software packages including Maya, to illustrate and bring 3D characters and environmental objects to life. Telecommuting and / or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Sony is an EOE.

Salary range : $161,907.00 – $214,800.00 / year
