Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform unit turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
- Inspect units for necessary maintenance and address issues promptly.
- Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance team to meet turn schedules.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
