This person will work with Finance Management, Program Management, CAMs and Finance Analysts to ensure the program meets its financial commitments. This person will be responsible for loading and maintaining budgets in the Earned Value Management tool (COBRA). This person will utilize the Earned Value Management system to measure cost and schedule performance, and prepare variance reports on a monthly basis. This person will develop presentations for upper management on a weekly and monthly basis. Prepare Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEACs) and assist with proposal Basis of Estimates (BOEs). Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degreeAdvanced Microsoft Office proficiencyExperience managing budgets or anything else finance relatedAbility to obtain a security clearance.Desired Skills :

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position : 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
