Contract Details :

• Location : LaGrange, KY , and surrounding areas
• Company : Sunbelt Staffing, in partnership with a nationwide home health agency
• Contract Length : 13 Weeks (with possible extension upon successful start and completion)
• Hours : Full-time, Scheduled 40 hours per week - 32 hours guaranteed
• Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with occasional weekends and on-call duty (typically one weekend per month on-call)
• Productivity : 25 per week, 30-35 patients per week
• Compensation : Negotiable, based on experience and territory budget; paid hourly - not by visitl; blended pay pacakages available for travelers; weekly pay
• Mileage Reimbursement : 0.48c per mile visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
• Benefits : Medical, dental, vision, 401 (k) match after 90 days
