- Location : Statesville, NC
- Schedule : Full-time, on-site (Weekends : Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Work 36 and get paid for 40 hrs)

- Pay : Maintenance Tech I - Non Licensed : $24.76 stating and $25.50 after 3 months plus a 1.00 per hour shift premium
- Pay : Maintenance Tech II - Licensed (CoQ) : $31.52 stating and $32.46 after 3 months plus a 1.00 per hour shift premium

What You'll Do
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding and auxiliary equipment, including presses, mixers, conveyors, and material handling systems.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.Conduct regular inspections and complete maintenance logs and work orders accurately.Support production teams by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and ensuring minimal downtime.Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.Maintain tools, equipment, and the maintenance area in a clean and organized condition following 5S standards.Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies while helping promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Collaborate with operators, engineers, and supervisors to improve machine performance and reliability.What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (plastics or composites experience is an asset).Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.Basic knowledge of PLC systems and automation troubleshooting (asset).Strong organizational and time management skills.Reliable, safety-minded, and proactive in identifying issues before they become problems.Willingness to work shifts, overtime, as needed.Physical Requirements
