Paralegal

A company is looking for a Paralegal to provide support in content and contract review within the Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities

Review internal and external content for legal and regulatory compliance

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements while managing contract records

Conduct legal research and assist with policy development and special projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or equivalent training preferred

2-3 years of experience in content review within a legal or compliance environment

7 years of experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation

Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements related to marketing

Proficiency with contract management systems and legal research tools
