As Electrical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include :
Preparing and reviewing electrical design documentation including MCCs, cable networks, containment, and control philosophiesOverseeing installation and commissioning of electrical, ICA and automation systems across multiple sitesEnsuring compliance with British, ISO and client standards, including Health & Safety regulationsConducting inspections, FATs and iFATs, and coordinating certification processesCollaborating with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project deliverySupporting continuous improvement and operational needs within the branch officeAs Electrical Design Engineer, your experience will include :
Adegree, HND or HNCinEngineering, Science or similarMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar role withinutilitiesorM&E engineeringStrong background inindustrial electrical and ICA design, including MCC / Electrical Panel design and documentationFamiliarity withLV / ELV systems, relay logic and instrumentationWillingness to travel regionally and nationwide (including overnight stays), and to the EPS Group headquarters in Ireland as requiredFull UK driving licence — any existing endorsements must be declared in the applicationIf you're looking for a technically focused role where your precision and expertise are valued, we'd love to hear from you.
