Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Manage the supplier selection process, including conducting research, evaluating proposals, and making recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and prices to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage a team of procurement professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to procurement.
