First Day Health / Dental / Vision Benefits. $1200 Con Ed Package 40 hours per week guaranteed 1 : 1 Treatments, 60 min eval, 30 min follow up treatments. 50 -55 patient visits per week. \nMasters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association\n \nState licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee\n \nAt least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience.
