Locums - Cottonwood, Arizona, Urology Job (IMLC Accepted)

Available Shifts : Dec 6 : 8a8a

Dec 7 : 8a8a

Dec 812 : 8a5p (1-hour lunch) + beeper call 5p8a

Dec 1314 : 8a8a

Coverage Details :

Amount of Coverage Needed : Full time preferred (will consider 2 weeks / month)

Setting : Hospital

Support Staff : 1 PA (no other MDs; MAs assigned)

Patients per Day : ~20 in clinic

Procedures : 1015 per week

Surgeries : 34 per day in OR

Hospital Bed Size : 99

Robotics : No

Special Procedures : Vasectomy and infant circumcision (not required)

EMR : Cerner

Requirements :

Board Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Licensure : Active AZ License or IMLC (Willing to License)

DEA : Required

Experience : Minimum 1 year

Interview : Phone interview required
