  • Shift : Nights, 6 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM\n
  • Shift Length : 12.5 hours\n
  • Guaranteed Hours : 37.5 hours per week\n
  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $2100 - $2250\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey or compact state\n
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required\n
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – required\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience\n
  • CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification preferred\n
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)\n

    • \n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments for surgical patients from pediatric to geriatric populations\n
  • Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care, including pre-operative and post-operative assessments and patient education\n
  • Demonstrate proficiency with emergency equipment and perioperative procedures\n
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with hospital and healthcare regulations\n
  • Promote patient- and family-centered care while upholding professionalism and confidentiality\n
  • Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals and Universal Protocol, utilizing safe transfer techniques and proper body mechanics\n
  • Individualize patient care based on surgical procedure, anesthesia type, and patient needs\n
  • Support the perioperative healthcare team by prioritizing patient care and responding promptly to changes in patient condition\n
  • Assist with Pre Admission Testing (PAT) and ensure timely completion of all required patient testing\n
